Your Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, January 27 at 9:00 a.m. HST at the Queen’s Marketplace, second floor (over the food court), room 2F7.

Voting will take place in person or by proxy only. We suggest that everyone return your proxy to Hawaiiana Management, even if you plan to attend the meeting.

If you would like to listen to the Annual Meeting and participate in the Owner’s Forum immediately after the Annual Meeting, you may do so by Zoom through the link provided below.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Association of Apartment Owners of The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa has been called and will be held on:

There are [4] Directorships to fill. Patti Clement, Wailana Kamau’u, Chaynalei Ormsby, and Christina Read’s terms will be expiring. Patti Clement, Chaynalei Ormsby, and Christina Read will be standing for re-election to the Board of Directors. Additional nominations may be made from the floor. Pursuant to 414D-11f if the Association Bylaws allow for cumulative voting, this is your notice that cumulative voting shall take place at this meeting.

Only owners of record as shown on the Association’s books as of the close of business on January 26, 2023, or their designated proxy holder, shall be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. A photo ID may be required.

All owners are encouraged to attend the meeting. However, whether or not you currently plan to attend the meeting, please complete and SIGN AND DATE your proxy and return it immediately in the stamped, pre-addressed envelope that was provided to you via mail. This will help to ensure that a quorum will be present so Association business may be transacted. Please remember that if we fail to have a quorum the meeting will have to be rescheduled and the Association will incur additional expenses for a SECOND mailing.

NOTE: PURSUANT TO STATE LAW, PROXIES WILL NOT BE VALID UNLESS COMPLETED AND RECEIVED BY THE ASSOCIATION SECRETARY OR MANAGING AGENT, HAWAIIANA MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LTD., NO LATER THAN 4:30 P.M., January 25, 2023. PREVIOUS PROXIES ARE NOT VALID.
